Ben Smith and Kristen Lopez have spent a combined 15+ years in the property management industry: building pipelines, closing management agreements, training teams, and figuring out what actually works when you're the person responsible for growth.
And along the way, they noticed the same thing over and over: salespeople in property management were doing it alone.
No structured training built for this industry. No community of peers facing the same challenges. No place to ask, "Is this working for anyone else?" and get an honest answer from someone who actually understands the business.

The Elevate Sales Kick Off is an annual event in Nashville where property management sales professionals come together to build a real plan for the year ahead. Hands-on, in small groups, alongside peers who are in the exact same seat.
The Elevate Sales Community is the ongoing home base: monthly training, expert-led sessions, peer collaboration, and the kind of accountability that keeps momentum going long after the event ends.

BEN SMITH
Ben Smith is the founder of BrightReach Sales, based in Raleigh, NC. He's spent his career helping property management companies build predictable, repeatable growth through outbound sales, referral development, and team training. Ben started Elevate Sales because he'd seen too many talented salespeople left without the tools, training, or community to reach their potential.
KRISTEN LOPEZ
Kristen Lopez is the co-founder of PM PathBuilders, where she helps property management companies grow. With deep experience in business development and industry education, Kristen brings a practitioner's lens to everything Elevate builds. She's still doing the work, not just teaching it.
