By joining Elevate, you agree to the following terms:
Billing and Subscription
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling, you authorize automatic monthly charges to your selected payment method.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non refundable. This includes partial months, unused time, or lack of participation.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. You will retain access through the remainder of your current billing cycle. Access will be removed at the end of that cycle, and no further charges will occur.
Community Access
Access to Elevate is granted only while your membership is active. Once your billing cycle ends after cancellation, access will be revoked.
Code of Conduct
All members are expected to follow the Elevate Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any member at our discretion if those guidelines are violated.
Termination Without Refund
If you are removed from the community for any reason, including violation of guidelines, no refund will be issued and access may be revoked immediately.
Intellectual Property and Content Use
All materials, training, templates, and content within Elevate are owned by Elevate unless otherwise stated. You may use these resources for your own business and implementation. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or repurpose this content for commercial use without permission.
Member Responsibility
You are responsible for how you apply the information shared within the community. We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes will vary based on your execution and business.
No Guarantees
Elevate provides education, resources, and community support. We do not guarantee revenue, performance improvements, or specific business outcomes.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of any updates.
